Genesis Church is more than the church where we serve—it is home. My wife and I have had the incredible blessing of raising our four children here, surrounded by people who have become family to us. Through the years, we have shared laughter, tears, celebrations, and difficult seasons, and through it all, we have seen God's faithfulness. Some of our most precious memories have been made alongside this church family. We are far from perfect, but we love Jesus, we love people, and we are deeply grateful that God has allowed us to share our lives with this beautiful church family.

DAVID IS MARRIED TO SARA AND THEY HAVE FOUR ADULT CHILDREN AND A GROWING NUMBER OF GRANDCHILDREN. HE AND SARA BOTH GREW UP IN PAPUA NEW GUINEA AS MISSIONARY KIDS. DAVID WORKS AS AN ELECTRICAL ENGINEER IN THE AIRCRAFT INDUSTRY. IN HIS FREE TIME YOU'LL FIND HIM IN THE SHOP BUILDING AN AIRPLANE.

I gave my life to the Lord at 12, and have been worshipping Jesus, my Lord and Savior at 2611 E Pawnee since 1974.
God has blessed me with different jobs in the church over the years. Mostly teaching and leading worship. I spent several terms on the council with PACOG. I am recently widowed. 11/2025. I have 4 children, 4 grandchildren, and one great grandson, but only my son and his family are local. God has continually blessed my life through the good and bad and it is an honor to serve Him.

Will Bell
Youth ministry & life groups
Will leads the student ministries and helps with the coordination of small group ministries at the church. He enjoys playing and watching sports (Go Royals!), Indian food, reading (Tim Keller and Wendell Berry are his favorites), and being disappointed with his yearly garden. He particularly cares about how our weakness and dependency interacts with our need for connection with others, our world, and God. Will graduated with a degree in counseling and lives with his wife and daughter in Wichita.

Hayden is married to Katie & they have two boys; everett & myles. He works as a freelance videographer & photographer, but has enjoyed being able to use his skillsto serve
genesis church. IN FREE TIME HE ENJOYS STAYING ACTIVE WITH WHATEVER SPORT IS available OR PLAYING A BOARD GAME FROM HIS COLLECTION.
